Breaking News (Baroness D'Rothchild Visits Her Husband)

Baroness D'Rothchild arrived at the Police Jail today in Franconia to visit her husband who is still detained their pending final judgement on his case for being an innocent victim of the schemes of the Order of the Veil. His testimony however has place sever pressure on the currently declared "criminal government" of Arcwhite. The world still awaits a response from Arcwhite as an air and sea embargo surrounds the island nation.  The Baron's case looks very good and a plea bargain is sure to be reached.

The Baroness looked very relieved to finally be able to see her husband and find some closure after the stresses of this week.

Breaking News (Baron D'Rothchild Surrenders to the Law)

Early today the Baron D'Rothchild arrived of his own free will and handed himself over to authorities in Franconia in submission to the warrant for his arrest. His Lordship was wanted for questioning and possible prosecution for his involvement in the Arcwhite/Order of the Veil political crime case. Baron D'Rothchild was away for business in the Far East but as soon as he saw the news concerning Lady Arcwhite immediately jumped at the chance to confess. He flew by private jet to his native country of Franconia and was dropped by his limousine directly at the door of his local police station to hand himself over.

The Baron is quoted as saying he was very relieved to unburden himself of carrying these secrets for years. He also confessed to being very tired of keeping up appearances for the sake of protecting his family from the threats of the order of the Veil who reputedly was going to kill his wife if he ever confessed. The current developments has obviously freed him up to do just that. His wife never knew of his under the table dealings with the Order of the Veil and her interrogation that took place in Serbieski yesterday has exempted her from any responsibility. The Baroness is very distraught however as to her husband's well being and it will be arranged for her to see him as soon as possible.

Baron D'Rothchild's willingness to cooperate stands him in good stead as far as his plea of innocence is concerned. His claim of supposedly being under threat of harm and death if he did not continue in cooperating with the yoke of extortion the Order of the Veil held over his family for generations has been confirmed. Apparently his uncle, Prince Louis D'Pont Du Lac's lifelong illness was a genetically engineered ailment to prove the extent of the Order of the Veil's power to hurt the Baron's wife and mother. This insidious deed has been added to the list of their now proven crimes.

The press was granted this photo of the baron waiting in the interrogation room to be interviewed as far as his involvement

Stock prices in the D'Rothchild International Banking firm did drop when his involvement in the Arcwhite crisis was first revealed to the media bur have gained again today as the reports of his confession became clearer. His Lordship will remain in protective custody until his innocence is proven and also for his protection. The Baroness will be allowed to visit him at her soonest convenience.

These shocking developments is evidence of a crumbling of the Order of the Veil's integrity and hope for reprieve. More and more evidence proves their clandestine place in history and the guilt of its current members in gross crimes against humanity in furthering their own selfish agendas. This is placing growing pressure on Ladies of the Veil to surrender themselves to international law for trial and punishment. We still await their official response while the Duke of Swann is preparing to go to Arcwhite to negotiate or force their surrender if so required.

Concern for the well being of Drealle Mormaer, Lady of the Silver Cuffs, and niece of Lady Arcwhite increases as her now conspicuous absence become evident. She has not been seen at any of the Order of the Veil's press conferences nor has she made any statements. Lady Arcwhite herself has defended her innocence and is now worried that her life might be in danger as yet another victim of the Order of the Veil.

Wonderful Weekend (Official Portraits of the Baron and Baroness D'Rothchild)

The famous and very wealthy Baron  and Baroness D'Rothchild bear their title of Baron in the Nobility of more than one country. As Barons in the former and now very popular Empire of Scot-Britania they too have decided to also release fashionable official portraits along with all the other Nobility.

Here we see the very stylish Baroness D'Rothchild wearing the Lesser D'Pont Du Lac Emerald Parure that passed hands back into the D'Rothchild coffers after being the property of Empress Crystobel for almost two decades.

The Baron D'Rothchild definitely looks the part with Coronet of Rank in the background and Chain of Office upon his shoulders. He also proudly wears his Badge and Sash of the Ruskian Order of the Polar Star.

The dignified couple couple strike an impressive pose in the foyer of the D'Rothchild hotel in Pariseum.

A close up of the D'Pont Du Lac Emeralds for the history books.

The Baron and Baroness spared no expense in dressing up and creating this series of photographs.  The photos have been made them available on the internet to the joy of monarchists, jewellery fanatics and history buffs alike.

We hope our fans also appreciate these now very fashionable official photos of Nobility and expect the fashion to spread beyond the Nobility of the former Empire of Scot-Britania.

"To be or not to be" Thursday (Imperial and Royal Families 3 The House of D' Pont Du Lac)

The Royal Dynasty that used to rule over the Kingdom of Franconia was the Royal House of Bourbon-Bourbon. However with the fall of the monarchy after the domestic revolution within Franconia that line technically ended. However a direct descendant still lives today as the head of what has become known as the House of D'Pont Du Lac. One of the younger sons of the last King of Franconia survived the revolution. He had the title, Prince D'Pont du Lac and his descendants claim the pretense to the Franconian throne whilst still retaining the D'Pont Du Lac Princely title by courtesy.

The Royal Crest of Franconia is claimed in pretense by the House of D'Pont Du Lac but strictly speaking is invalid. However because the is no Kingdom of Franconia per sé anymore, there is nobody to contest their claim.

The current head of the House of D'Pont Du Lac is Prince Louis III seen on the far left in the picture. In the center we have his younger brother, Prince Valmont and their sister Princess Antoinette.

Seen in the center, here at the 2013 wedding of Prince Valmont to the Duchess of Roswind we see Princess Antoinette accompanying her brother Prince Louis.

The Duchess of Roswind's wedding was the highest profile wedding in 20013 due to the couple's high status within Royal circles.

His Highness Prince Louis III, Prince D'Pont Du Lac and Duke D'Chartres is seen above wearing traditional Franconian Court Dress. The "Royal" is omitted from the the style Highness due to the fact that D'Pont D'Lacs  derive their title from a disenfranchised Prince of Franconia. As such cannot claim the title Prince of Franconia which would afford them the full style of Royal Highness.

The Dowager Baroness D'Rothchild is the sister of Prince Louis' farther and also a Princess D'Pont' Du Lac by birth. She was responsible for the sale of many of the remaining great historical pieces of Princely Jewellery. Through her the ruling House of Hanoveria will be a branch of the House D'Pont Du Lac due to her daughter having married the current Grand Duke of Hanoveria. Her youngest sister married into the D'Bacquemme Family making the current Marquis D'Bacquemme her nephew and that family another extended branch of the Franconian Royal line.

Tiaras and Trinkets on Tuesday (The D'Rothchild Collection)

As one of the wealthiest families in the world, regardless of their Noble Title and Royal connections, one would expect the D'Rothchilds to boast one of the most spectacular jewellery collections. This post will prove that to be a fact even though most of the current jewellery collection lacks the extended historic provenance one might expect from such an ancient family. This is due to many pieces being sold in the last decade by the Dowager Baroness who sold her personal jewellery to raise funds in aid of her brother who eventually died of hemophilia. The wealth of the family has at least allowed the Baron to lavish his wife with some new pieces of which some fall in the record books.

The stylish D'Rothchilds arrive at the 2011 Christmas Ball. The Dowager Baroness at the back is a Franconian Princess by birth and the current Baroness is the sister of Grand Duke Paul of Serbieski. Such auspicious relations coupled with the wealth of the Baron D'Rothchild makes for a jewellery collection at least on par with the best in the world.

This Platinum and Diamond Parure was made in the mid 80's as is clear from the almost sci-fi looking design. The current Dowager Baroness was given this set by her husband to celebrate the birth of her son. She often lends it to her daughter in law. The simple lines allows for it to be worn to almost any tiara event with ease but it does not display rank and wealth with a particularly memorable glitz. The Dowager Baroness is said to have left this in her will to raise funds for Animal Anti Cruelty Charities.

This traditional kokoshnik style tiara is another modern piece that was added to the D'Rothcilds diminished collection. The current Baron bought it for his wife as a wedding anniversary gift with the plan that her collection would be increased in its own right regardless of his mother's selling of the family's historic pieces. It is a very elegant piece and as a show of family solidarity the Baroness has lent it to her mother in law, more than once.

The diamond in this modern necklace is in itself brand new as it was only mined in 2010. It has been dubbed the D'Rothchild Diamond and it is a above average quality 48cts stone. It was bought purely as a gift from the current Baron D'Rothchild to his wife. Gossip abounds of his wife insisting on having it as the "Family Collection" was in need of being on par with other great collections as it once was.

The D'Rothchilds also own a tiara and necklace set with aquamarines. The set reputedly is made from stones that originally formed part of a set owned by the Franconian Royal Family in pretence. However, no formal statement about it is published and the jewellery has only been worn by the Dowager and current Baroness D'Rothchild. The set is known to have a necklace as can be seen in this photo although it isn't often worn

As far as jewels with history goes the baron has made an effort to seek out the exceptional at times. What sets this otherwise very humble yet brightly coloured set of jewellery apart from most jewels in all the world is that its made from genuine 12th Century BC Egyptian Fiaence Beads. This makes it a modern piece with a unique twist. The original beads were bought from the Egyptian Museum who saw no practical way in exhibiting them and also needing some ready cash. The beads were also secured by contract to be preserved for historic purposes so there is no loss to posterity. The Baron had them set in this parure coupled with some very rare Afghani Rubies.

The current Grand Duchess of Hanoveria is the sister of the Baron D'Rothchild. She often wore a gold and diamond parure that has remained with her brother after her marriage. Today however the set is not often seen having been worn only twice to our count by the remaining D'Rothchild ladies. This photo was taken at a dinner party in 2009. The set is clearly of a modern design and its provenance is uncertain although rumoured to have just been a whimsical gift the Baron, almost in rebellion, bought for his mother after the infamous "Emerald Folly" sale of 2009.

The collection is not known for its great variety of design having three tiaras almost exactly copying the other in overall look except for colour. This parure, in platinum and pearls and diamonds came to the family via the current Baroness as her dowry from her Serbieski Royal Heritage. The parure is almost as a fluke, also modern, having been purchased for her by her brother as the Serbieski Historic Collection is quite small and could not afford to lose a tiara or parure. It is very rarely worn even though the Baroness does share it. It is presumably being kept for the next generation.

Especially for our blog the Baron gave us special permission to reveal that he was the anonymous buyer of the Lesser D'Pont Du Lac Emeralds from the Empress Crystobel's collection. This "tour-de-force" purchase was karma at its best as the patient Baron had waited to redeem his family's former treasures from the willful sales of his mother.

The late Empress Crystobel is seen here in 2011 wears the famous D'Rothchild Lesser Emerald Parure that the Baron has now re-acquired.

This archive photo shows the set in detail. For a history of this set follow the link.

We look forward to seeing the emeralds back on the head of a D'Rothchild Baroness.

Tiaras and Trinkets on Tuesday (Empress Crystobel Jewellery Auction)

One of the complications when a loved one dies is the administrative nightmare caused by the inheritance and taxes incurred from that. The estate of the late Empress Crystobel was no different and after the transfer of all her assets to her son and heir some ready cash flow was needed to pay the taxman in several countries. For this purpose the Crown Prince Imperial decided to sell some of his mother's jewellery. Jewellery is often a very personal and sentimental matter but in the case of Empress Crystobel, her collection is so vast that several pieces with historical and sentimental links could be let go of, without selling any of the pieces that were especially dear to her and her family.

Princess Augusta, the Empress' sister in law and famous historic jewellery dealer was the obvious choice to handle the sale of the jewellery that was to attract international interest. The auction was done via internet on a specially arranged private forum. Some of the buyers insisted on remaining anonymous so only once the jewellery is worn will we know, if ever, who bought them.

Princess Augusta poses for a press photo with the historic Empress Crystobel Collection at her showrooms in Swann City.

A detail photo shows the three parures selected for sale.

The Scotney Dowry Rubies have history albeit based more on rumour than fact. The rubies in the Dowry Tiara are said to have belonged to the wife of the first King of Scotney as an independent Kingdom. They remained uncut for centuries until Queen Crystobel I of Scotney had them faceted and set into this tiara. The set didn't stray from the bloodline however as it was bought by the family of the Empress' youngest sister Princess Beatrice, the Dowager Grand Duchess of Hanoveria. Her son the The Grand Duke of Hanoveria procured the set for his personal collection

The Ruskian Fringe Tiara originally belonged to the last official Ruskian Empress Consort paired with plain matching earrings and a separate necklace of unknown Ruskian provenance. Empress Crystobel bought it in her early life and it was sold to the Empress' other nephew the the Duke of Swann.

The lesser D'Pont Du Lac Emerald Parure was the main attraction at the auction  more so for its colourful history that preceded its ownership by the Empress. Originally made in the late 19th century for the Franconian Princess Helene, Duchesse du Saint Denis.  It came down the Franconian Royal line until it reached the coffers of Her Highness Princess Anne-Marie D’Pont du Lac. Princess Anne-Marie married the 12th Baron d’Rothchild and in 1993 decided to sell the D’Pont du Lac treasures to raise funds for her sickly brother’s medical requirements and to curtail some back taxes on his waning estate. Empress Crystobel was the lucky buyer and the vast emerald parure ended up being broken up into two separate sets of which this is the lesser. It has gone for a record price to an unknown buyer

Empress Crystobel had some jewellery in her collection that she never wore. This set of Pink Corvese Cameos set in a tiara, necklace and brooch are of unknown provenance but at least 200 years old. The cameos are definitely from the famous lapidary workshops in Corvi Romagna and their style and craftsmanship along with the workmanship on the jewellery allow for relatively accurate dating.

The Corvi Cameo Set also went to an unknown buyer

Two other lots, from the recently discovered Ruskian cache were also put up for sale at the same time sparking even greater interest in the overall sale. This long awaited sale of these historic jewels generated much anticipation over the last few months since their discovery by the Duke of Swann in an abandoned Hanoverian warehouse.

The so-called, Tutti Fruiti Parure of obvious early Deco Design went for a very high bid to an unknown buyer.

The Emerald Earrings from the Ruskian cache, also of unknown provenance were sold to an unknown buyer. We hope they do not fade into total obscurity but we will keep our eyes peeled to see if they appear on the ears of of one of our Royals in future.

So the end of two glorious eras come to a very business-like end. If nothing else the summary of this sale at least inspired the historic jewellery aspect of our blog as usual.

"To be or not to be" Thursday (Princess Anne-Marie, Dowager Baroness D'Rothchild)

Her Highness Princess Anne-Marie D'Pont Du Lac, 12th Dowager Baroness D'Rothchild, Knight of the Order of the Polar Star, to use her full style or if you'd prefer her fashionable epithet, Madame D'Rothchild, was an icon of the style of a bygone era. She was born as the eldest daughter of  Prince Louis D'Pont Du Lac, the youngest son of the pretender to the abolished Franconian throne. Due to the Franconian succession law male heirs preceded females and thus her younger brother was next in line before her. They also had a younger sister, who married the 9th Marquis D'Bacquemme and so linked the Royal House of Franconia to the current Line of Pretence to the throne of the Principality of Monagask.

After the death of her grandfather and father, Princess Anne-Marie's brother, a haemophiliac became the next Pretender to the throne of Franconia. She had by now married the 12th Baron D'Rothchild and born the heir to the D'Rothchild name and the future Grand Duchess of Hanoveria. Her brother, Prince Louis D'Pont Du Lac II also produced three children who were considered miracles due to the Prince's constant degenerating health and she committed herself to support him no matter what it took.

(The Baron D'Rothchild specially granted us the use of this family photo as public reference. Photos predating the 96 Revolution is rare as we know.)
We see Madame D'Rothchild wearing the tremendously valuable and historic Franconian Royal Sapphire Parure more commonly referred to as the D'Pont Du Lac Sapphires. She also wears the golden sash and badge of a Knight of the Polar Star.

Madame D'Rothchild, as she was now fashionably referred to since her marriage, was a powerful influence on 60's and 70's fashion of the affluent class in both Europa and the Americanias. She was totally detached emotionally from her "rank in pretense" but basked in her husbands wealth. But the glamour of her couture, blazing jewellery and lavish parties was brought in stark contrast with a very serious and personal battle. Her unfortunate brother's wealth deteriorated along with his health and he eventually faced a bitter divorce on top of it all. The Prince D'Pont Du Lac and his three children were eventually totally reliant on his siblings, The Marquise D'Bacquemme and Madame D'Rothchild. Anne-Marie felt it unfair to wear expensive jewels, inherited from her father, while her brother suffered so she decided in 1993 to sell this inheritance without asking her son, the 13th Baron D'Rothchild for help or advice. The sale of the D'Pont Du Lac Sapphires and Emerald Parures were thus hastily arranged.

The auction caused a media frenzy as it took place in the Imperial capital city of Londinium. Royalty and millionaire business men from all the over the world flocked to get a chance at grabbing a king's ransom at a time when Royalism was at a peak. At the last minute the Baron D’Rothchild managed to pull the famous sapphires from the sale but the emeralds came up for bidding. He tried desperately to buy them back for fear of some jeweller buying them up in order to dismantle them for mass sale but was outbid at the very end. Fortunately for posterity the buyer was the then new Empress Crystobel I of the United Empire of Scot Britania herself. The Empress was considered the wealthiest women in the world and was well known to be a very dedicated collector of jewellery and art. Nothing would block her if she put her mind on buying anything as she considered herself a custodian of history. The emeralds still exist today as part of the Imperial Collection.

As if the 1993 auction wasn't enough of a strain on the young Baron, his mother stubbornly repeated what became known as the "Emerald Folly" in 2009. This time she was determined to sell "her" Sapphires by virtue of the extended problem of her brother's death tax. Technically the jewellery were the property of the Dowager Baroness and she, refusing help from her wealthy son, stubbornly insisted on selling them to raise cash for her brother's children. She also prohibited him from buying them, saying: "...The past is the past, let it go. Make your own future..."  The world famous D'Pont du Lac Sapphire Parure was the main drawing card at the international auction hosted by Princess Augusta and was to fetch a record high price.

We can see the sapphire parure placed in the centre of the pedestal for viewing before the auction.

The D'Pont du Lac Sapphire Parure caused a massive bidding war at first between several parties. As the bidders fell by the side only, Gloria Van der Bilt and the "anonymous" phone bidder remained. Gloria stopped bidding when the price exceeded the long term investment value. It then became clear that the bidder on the phone was buying for more than just investment value. He did because he was buying to add it to the Imperial Jewellery Collection, to be left to his descendants for he was the Crown Prince Imperial. Gloria left the auction empty handed. The Crown Prince Imperial was revealed to be the bidder the moment his new wife wore the sapphires for the first time in 2010 just over a year after the purchase.

Madame D'Rothchild and her family were not affected as directly as many others by the 1996 Revolution but still lost family and friends. The D'Rothchilds were more concerned by internal troubles and also by the vast responsibilities of the family business. Even though she has grown old, she still represents her family and indeed the Franconian Royal House where and whenever required and this she does with a smile. Her brother's illness and death has made her the surrogate mother for her niece and nephews and she has made hemophiliac related charities a high priority in her free time, lending support by serving on managing boards and by garnering media attention for fund raising. She has a special talent for grabbing attention with lavish parties and spectacular yet eccentric arrivals at media events.

Princess Anne-Marie, Dowager Baroness D'Rothchild at right with her niece Princess Antoinette D'Pont Du Lac representing The Franconian Royal House at the Investiture of the King Nikolas III of Syldavia in 2012. The Baroness's lack of interest in the trappings of titles and rank often causes slight dress code or protocol faux pa's. At this event in particular, as we can see, she neglected to wear her Order of Knighthood, which strictly speaking is required at an event of this level of State importance. She is however never reprimanded as her own rank of Princess affords her protocol leniency's but secretly the other Royals must find her refreshingly free and amusing.

The Dowager Baroness D'Rothchild at left as she arrived for the 2012 Christmas Ball with her son and daugther in law.

"She is still feisty, this has always been her real treasure. Even though she has no value for spending money she certainly knows how to get it and has never loved it more than family. I can see why my father married her and I am proud to be her son."-The current Baron D'Rotchild on describing his mother. We wish her well and many happy returns. See you on the red carpet.

Memory Monday (Serbieski Update)

Greetings to the readers and fans of our Royal blog.

We are glad to be posting again. It has been more than a month but things are beginning to normalize after the mural painting and data theft. We have also been experiencing internet connectivity problems which now seem to have been fixed, we hope. As stated in our previous post, the blog will be updated randomly from now on but within our previously set themes. The Duke of Swann has expressed his desire that the blog continues but due to the rise in governmental, business and charity commitments cannot devote as much time to it as before. We, his media team will be handling it a midst our standard obligations to the Swann News Network and the Proclaimer Newspaper.

We commence posting with the belated report on the appointment of Grand Duke Paul Karageorgevich to the Governorship of Serbieski. As it took place in late August we thought it a "tongue-in-cheek" to post it on a Memory Monday slot. It's historic nature definitely qualifies it for a Monday as well. This event has set new precedents for the function of Royalty in actual government positions. The Grand Duke is now not only the traditional head of the province of Serbieski but holds the actual reigns of power. This anomaly will produce some interesting results and we hope that they will be for the best. Serbieski, as we know, is currently embroiled in the controversial natural gas trade agreement with Arcwhite which, if handled correctly, will set the new Governor's place in history in stone.

Ploch Palace played host to the Royal appointment Ceremony and a discreet celebration in honour of the new Governor of Serbieski. Grand Duke Paul Karageorgevich was invited to the Palace after his election to the local government office on the 21st of August 2012.

King Nikolas III of Syldavia welcomes the Grand Duke for his official acceptance and appointment to the governorship. The King meets all high ranking government officials and ceremonially appoints them.

The small ceremony took place in the late afternoon just before the guests got ready for the evening's dinner banquet. Here we see from left, Grand Duchess Davina, Grand Duke Paul, King Nikolas and Queen Maxima. The ladies took their queue to immortalize this historic occasion with sleek, business-like fashions.

The evening's discreet banquet was a formal but non-tiara wearing event in keeping with the more relaxed level of protocol afforded to the rank of a governor. Here the King and Queen of Syldavia welcome the Grand Duke and Grand Duchess of Serbieski back to the Palace for the evening celebration.

One of the main guests, with a stake in the governorship of Serbieski, is the controversial Lady Arcwhite. The natural gas trade agreement between Arcwhite and Serbieski is all but finalized. Her presence at the banquet was a subtle lobbying for increased popularity in order to hasten the deal's finalization. Her distinctive style, as usual, focused a lot of media attention on her attendance.

The Grand Duchess of Serbieski took the time to spend some time with family, who were there to share in their daughter and her husband's joy. At left is Grand Duchess Davina's  brother, the Earl Cartwright and at right is her mother, the Dowager Countess Cartwright.

Grand Duke Paul also invited his sister, the Baroness D'Rothchild and her husband the Baron. Here the Baroness is seen talking to her brother.

A neigbour of the Kingdom of Syldavia and its province of Serbieski is the Principality of Wallachia. The Princess of Wallachia opposes the natural gas extraction due to its affect on the coastline environments. The Princess, as a neigbouring Head of State attended the celebration but was involved in some heavy debating with interested parties. Here King Nikolas, Lady Arcwhite and the Princess can be seen involved in the discourse.

All the guests assembled from left; The Earl Cartwright, The Dowager Countess Cartwright, Princess Miranda of Syldavia, The Grand Duke and Governor of Serbieski, The Grand Duchess of Serbieski, King Nikolas of Syldavia, Queen Maxima, The Baron D'Rothchild, The Baroness D'Rothchild, Lady Arcwhite and The Princess of Wallachia.

Fascinating Fridays (Wealthiest Persons)

Last week we saw which Royal and Noble families commanded the largest resources of cash, property and commodities in the world. This week we will meet the top 5 wealthiest single individuals in their own right. Thus, to put it bluntly, even if they lost all their titles they would still be as rich as they are.

5: His Lordship Baron Philip, 13th Baron D' Rothchild.

The Baron and Baroness D'Rothchild

The Baron D'Rothchild owns and manages the world's largest and most influencial banking firm. His family began the firm more than 200 years ago and have accumulated a personal fortune in excess of  $39000000000. The wealth is invested primarily in the banking business, property and commodity trading.

4: Her Majesty Queen Gloria I of Normandia.

Queen Gloria I of Normandia

Queen Gloria inherited a throne but regardless of that is the inherited owner of Van der Bilt International Enterprises. The Van der Bilt holding are mainly in news media, entertainment media, rail transport and steel construction and engineering. The total value of the Van der Bilt company, based on the annual turnover of the last five years is estimated at $48000000000. Queen Gloria has turned the full force of her Americanian based conglomerate to bolstering the growing economy of her newly adopted Kingdom of Normandia.

3: Lady Ester Mormaer, the Lady Arcwhite.

Lady Arcwhite

Lady Archwite is a force to be reckoned with. She has turned her nation around from a dissipating almost medieval society of superstitious traditions into a world power. She used her position as Head of State quite controversially to secure many lucrative business opportunities. Some would argue the ethics but she has sown it all back into her country albeit that she has become the 3rd wealthiest person on our list for her efforts. Lady Arcwhite started the company ARC International in the year 2000. It now owns among others the MINE Magazine and several movie production companies. The company was also the first independent computer hardware company in Europa. ARC also owns the entire fishing and whaling  industries within Arcwhite waters and is the largest trader in fish and whale products world wide. Her latest aquisition is a 100 year contract with the nation of Perlistan to harvest their pearl rich coast. ARC International is legally the private property of Lady Arcwhite and is valued at an estimated $51000000000

2: His Royal Highness the Duke of Swann.

The Duke of Swann

The Duke of Swan pretty much owns more than half of his country, almost a quarter of the world's art treasures and a jewellery collection to rival the Imperial collection. As such a powerful landlord he owns numerous leases to vast tracks of farmland, industrial properties, commercial shops, holiday destinations etc. Oil rich field off the coast of Swann are worked by his SwannOil company. There is a rumour that the Duke of Swann has an underground vault that literally backs all the cash in his Principality with his privately owned gold bullion. For security we suppose it will remain a rumour but if true explains why his country is the most financially stable in the world. The Duke of Swann's private fortune is estimated in the region of  $750000000000

1: His Imperial Highness the Crown Prince Imperial of the United Empire of Scot-Britania, Prince Christian-Victor.

The Crown Prince Imperial

Due to the wisdom of his mother Empress Crystobel and that of his aunt Princess Augusta, Prince Christian-Victor can safely be named the wealthiest Royal in the world. The Bloody Revolution of 1996 was meant to murder the young Prince much less leave him with a cent to his name. However, sensing the animosity much of the family jewels were sent abroad weeks in advance of the revolution. It had also been an inherited policy of both the Kingdoms the Prince descended from, to invest broadly in overseas companies and foreign properties. When the revolution struck, all that remained was to survive and escape. The Crown Prince Imperial's wealth is not kept in a company but in his private capacity only and is invested in property, art, jewellery and gold bullion. He stands to inherit his Aunt's international jewellery and art dealership firm as well. His private fortune cannot be completely counted as much of it is kept from public scrutiny and seeing as he isn't a Head of State is under no obligation to disclose any of it except in private for tax purposes in the many countries he keeps it in. The total amount however is speculated to exceed at least $80000000000
