What's Up Wednesday (Syldavia/Wallachia Summit)

After the Serbieskian Power Plant Bombing on the border of the Principality of Wallachia, an emergency summit meeting between the the Heads of State for Syldavia and Wallachia was called. The meeting took place in Syldavia at the Governors Palace in Serbieski this past weekend.

The Governor's Palace in Serbieski is a stark building in lieu of Serbieski's tumultuous past. It stands a s a beacon of solidity and was in that vein the perfect setting for the summit meeting. Strict security was at the order of the day.

The Natural Gas powerplant is owned by Lady Arcwhite and as such her niece, Drealle Mormaer also officially attended the important summit meeting. Here she is greeted by King Nikolas of Syldavia who presided over the proceedings.

The Grand Duke of Serbieski, who is both Governor of the Province of Serbieski and Director of the Natural Gas Directorate bows in greeting to his King.

Representing her country's sovereign border security and the surrounding areas natural environment, Princess Xenia of Wallachia was the concerned "plaintiff" at the meeting. Here she is warmly greeted by her Syldavian counterpart, King Nikolas.

The meeting proceeded for a total of two and a quarter hours followed by a 20minute press conference. Both sides committed great efforts to honour each others sovereignty, to stamp out terrorism and to protect the environment. Information that linked the jewel theft of the Duke of Swann's emeralds last month was also officially revealed. No arrests as far as the bombing itself have been made but the information came from the investigation of the jewel theft. The suspected terrorist group responsible, seemingly has an agenda to destabilise the Syldavian Monarchy in order to set up an independent Serbieski State. The Grand Duke of Serbieski has denounced the terror campaign and publicly distances himself from their agenda and tactics.

We hope that the summit will lead to a greater stability in the Serbieski region.
